Licensing agreement

Here's what our Artora License allows for, for each item available for purchase or download on Artora.design.
In the Artora License, the user is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the digital work ("Item").
This item permits you to create unlimited end projects for yourself or for your clients, and the end projects can be sold, licensed, sublicensed, or distributed freely.

You can:
Create end products for clients or for personal use
End projects may be licensed, sublicensed, and copied for personal use or for client work.
Modifying or manipulating the item is permitted. A derivative work may be created by combining the item with other works. A condition of this license is that the resulting works be published.
An item can be used in multiple projects using this 'multi-use' license.

You cannot:
It is illegal to republish the item as a stock image or its source files under any circumstances, regardless of whether any modifications have been made. As a result, you cannot duplicate or modify the item and sell it on Artora or other marketplaces as your own.
A theme, template, or derivative work can be made for any marketplace.
Artora.design does not allow the use of illustrations or images in products or presentations unless you are the rights holder.
Downloaded assets may not be resold or otherwise distributed on any marketplace, including Artora, as well as through private channels or bots.
Please note that any violation of these terms will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Other license terms:
A component of an item may be sourced elsewhere by the author. A different license may apply to that component, such as an open source or creative commons license. The author will identify the component on the item's description page or in its downloaded files if this is the case. That component will be covered by another license instead of this one. The rest of the items are also covered by this license.
You are granted a license to use the item on these terms by the author of the item. You and the author of the item are parties to this license. Artora.design (Artora)

Almost all of the items we offer (themes, code, graphics, 3D, and flash) are covered under our Standard Licenses. You need a Regular License if your end product will be free for the end user. It is necessary to obtain an Extended License if the end user must pay for the use of the product.
If you create a product for your client under the Regular License, you can charge them for your services. However, you cannot use one Regular License for multiple jobs or clients.
